Ukulele Beginners Course
8 session introductory course for Adults
Specifically designed to introduce adult complete beginners who have always wanted to play the ukulele. The first session focus's on the fundamentals of ukulele and builds on this knowledge through progressive sessions, introducing popular chords, rhythms, fingerpicking patterns and improvisation. All techniques are practices through the use of popular songs such as Hallelujah, Stand By Me and As Tears Go By.

Banjo lessons

Ideal for Beginners, Banjo lessons are structured to progress the player through left hand development using traditional banjo techniques to right hand development using fingerpicks. Earl Scruggs and melodic 5 string banjo styles taught. Structured around the Alfred Complete 5 string banjo method, with standards such as Cripple Creek, Grandfathers Clock and Duelling Banjo's. Wonderful results achieved.

Mandolin Lessons

Ideal for beginners, mandolin lessons are structured to progress the player through the fundamentals of mandolin playing, from posture and playing solo tunes to fundamental techniques such as the use of tremolo and double stops. Wide range of music styles incorporated such as Italian, bluegrass and folk music with songs such as the Godfather Love Theme, Theme for Captain Corelli's Mandolin and Amazing Grace.
